Telecommunications Specialist (TS)
|
The Telecommunications
Specialist (TS) shall be responsible for all Telecommunication, access
control, and perimeter surveillance equipment, and management, including
daily system operation and maintenance of satellite, radio and telephone
equipment associated with the FOL operations center. The TS shall perform
administrative duties, monitor CCTV, answer phones in the Operations Center,
and set-up and maintain all audio visual/video teleconferencing equipment
located within the Operations center and conference center. The TS shall
obtain a "Top Secret" Security Clearance. Extended evening and
weekend hours for the manning of the Operations Center may be required. >

Local Area Network Manager (LAN)
|
The Local Area Network Manager
(LAN) shall manage and administer the facilities network to include network
server and peripherals, electronic mail server, network architecture, TCPIP,
data communications, etc. The LAN Manager shall obtain a “Top Secret”/Security
Clearance and shall have the ability to work in an SCI environment. The LAN
shall be Microsoft Network Engineer Certified (MCSE 2003). The LAN Manager
shall have a minimum 5 years of LAN server/network experience with the latest
Windows technologies. The LAN must possess in depth knowledge of network
architectures, topologies and IP protocols; knowledge of SNMP, DHCP, DNS/BIND
and Unix, CISCO ROUTERS, Symantec security products, back up exec, Firewalls,
Surf control filter, Events logs administrator, tumbleweed, Office 203 and
207, Adobe reader and pro, retina eEye Digital security, Active client
software, blackberry services, Windows Security Update Server (WSUS) photo
shop, Lumos ADT and all security software approved by the DoD.

Assistant Local Area Network Manager (ALAN)
|
The Assistant Local Area
Network Manager (ALAN) shall manage the facilities network to include network
server and peripherals, electronic mail server, network architecture, TCPIP,
data communications, etc. the ALAN has the required SCI facility clearance to
work in an SCI environment. Must be Microsoft Network Engineer Certified
9MCSE 2003), shall have a minimum 5 years of LAN server/network experience
with the latest Windows Technologies, Assistant LAN Manager shall possess the
same technical requirements as the LAN Manager to operate LAN systems..

Helpdesk/LAN Technician (LANT)
|
The Helpdesk/LAN Technician
(LANT) supports the LAN Manager and the Assistant LAN Manager. The LANT is
also responsible for trouble-shooting and assisting end-users, performing
& checking backups, assisting with upkeep of servers & networks,
implementing security and installing applications, configuring, installing
& testing, supporting software and hardware, preparing new hire computers
for use, updating router IP Block Lists, and other miscellaneous support
activities..

The Budget Analyst (BA) will be
responsible for basic accounting, requisitioning, and secretarial duties for
the Supply Department and visiting/deployed units as required. This position
requires the ability to speak, read and write English and Spanish. A knowledge of accounting and standard business practices
is required.

Procurement Specialist (PS)
|
The Procurement Specialist (PS) position requires the ability to speak, read, and write both English and Spanish. The PS will review requests for completeness & technical information, contacts bidders and sources of supply for quotations, requisitions office supplies, repairs and services with host country vendors, maintains lists of items/prices based on local suppliers and performs general administrative support when needed. Other duties may be assigned.

The Operations Manager (OM) will have direct control and supervision of the contract requirements for Airfield services specified within the contract. The OM will work out of the FOL Operations Center. This position requires SECRET clearance and the ability to speak, read, and write Spanish and English fluently. Services under the OM’s control include, but are not limited to, tracking aircraft arrival/departures, liaise with military personnel, assist FOL staff with space management, keep daily Flight Operations Board, documentation of detachment/aircraft arrivals, work with C41 manager to ensure equipment is operational, manage service calls relating to OPS center, ramp/airfield, manage the ramp safety program, liaise with CEPA for taxiway closures/lights, build up daily unclassified flights schedules and provide flight charts and maintain flight data library through the DADMS System.

Administrative Assistant (AA)
|
The Administrative Assistant position requires the ability to speak, read, and write Spanish and English fluently. Duties include administrative and basic translation support to the Commanding Officer and Executive Officer, provide receptionist/telephone duties, prepare/translate correspondence, maintain, organize filing system, maintain calendar events & appointments, prepare travel itineraries, travel vouchers, compose and maintain in/outgoing muster documents, assist in preparation of briefs/small conferences and process ID Badges.

The Logistician (LO) position requires the ability to speak, read and write both English and Spanish. Duties shall include but are not limited to; coordinates with Host Country customs, shipping/handling of materials for the FOL, receives & forwards materials to squadrons and ships, prepares and/or files required paperwork for incoming/outgoing materials.
|
Quality Control/Safety Manager (QC/SM)
|
The Quality Control/Safety Manager (QC/SM) position requires the ability to speak, read, and write Spanish and English fluently. The QC/SM shall develop a Safety Program to include personnel health and safety measures, both preventive and corrective. The Safety Program shall be in compliance with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual EM 385-1-1 and Public Law 91-596 Occupational Safety and Health Act. The QC/SM will also develop and oversee the fire safety program, accident prevention plan, the hazardous material plan and report major accidents/fatalities.
