Selrico was boots-on-the-ground in both Iraq and Kyrgyzstan in 2003, supplying over 9,500 troops with four meals daily with only 30 days notice – and we had to build the dining facilities, too. Today, our involvement in the Middle East still includes Base Operating Services in Bahrain and Life Support Services and Stryker Support in Iraq.

Our services are diverse: we maintain Military Family Housing in the US; support the George C. Marshall Center for European Security Studies in Germany with first-class dining; provide custodial services for USAG Stuttgart; and develop and deliver full logistics services for Stryker up-armoring at various CONUS and OCONUS locations. In the meantime, we also operate a number of full food service contracts, from the six-campus, 52,000 student Alamo Community College District to disadvantaged child and senior feeding programs.

We are active in mentor-protégé relationships, as well as joint ventures and strategic alliances with other minority and historically underutilized businesses.
